The HR Specialist will handle HR management tasks including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. Responsibilities also include developing and enforcing HR policies, managing employee benefits programs, and overseeing general personnel management duties. The role involves regular interaction with employees and management to ensure a smooth and productive workplace environment. QualificationsProficiency in core Human Resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and talent developmentExperience in HR Management and implementation of HR strategiesKnowledge of creating, updating, and managing HR PoliciesExperience in administering Employee Benefits programsStrong skills in Personnel Management, including maintaining records and complianceStrong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a team and on-site in HeliopolisBachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
