Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist based in Cairo, Egypt. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for overseeing HR activities, including developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and ensuring effective personnel management. Additional responsibilities include coordinating staff recruitment, conducting performance appraisals, maintaining compliance with labor regulations, and fostering employee engagement.
