Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced HR Team Lead with a minimum of 4 years of experience, preferably within marketing agencies or companies. The role is responsible for leading all HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, employment taxes, social insurance, and the development of policies and procedures, while ensuring full compliance with labor laws and regulations.⸻Key Responsibilities: • Lead and guide the HR team to achieve departmental goals and objectives. • Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding (job posting, screening, interviews, and job offers). • Oversee payroll operations, including: • Accurate and timely payroll processing. • Calculation of allowances, deductions, and overtime. • Management of employment taxes (if applicable based on country regulations). • Manage social insurance processes, ensuring proper employee registration and data updates. • Oversee leave management (annual, sick, and emergency leave) in compliance with labor law and internal policies. • Ensure full compliance with labor laws and relevant regulations. • Develop and update HR policies and procedures. • Manage employee relations, including handling complaints and resolving conflicts. • Oversee performance evaluations, development plans, and training initiatives. • Prepare regular HR reports for management (payroll, recruitment, turnover, etc.). • Enhance employee experience and foster a positive work environment.⸻Requirements: • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Human Resources. • Previous experience in marketing companies is preferred.
