Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a مدير مبيعات – تجارة إلكترونية (E-commerce Sales Manager) located in Cairo, Egypt. The E-commerce Sales Manager will oversee and develop e-commerce sales strategies, manage the e-commerce team, optimize sales funnels, and ensure alignment with the company's goals. They will be responsible for monitoring market trends, managing client relationships, and identifying new opportunities to increase sales. Additionally, the role requires active collaboration with marketing, content, and IT teams to enhance the e-commerce platform and customer experience. Qualifications Sales and Business Development skills, including expertise in e-commerce platforms and creating effective sales pipelines.Knowledge of market analysis, customer acquisition strategies, and pricing tactics related to online sales.Digital Marketing and Social Media Management capabilities to execute campaigns aimed at driving traffic and revenue.Team Leadership, collaboration, and effective communication skills to guide and align with cross-functional teams.Technical skills related to e-commerce analytics, CRM systems, and digital tools for performance tracking.Proven ability to adapt to changing market trends and customer behaviors, with strong problem-solving skills.Experience in the e-commerce or retail industry is highly desirable.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
