In this position, you will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions in English (C1 level), respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information about products and services. You will identify customer needs, recommend suitable solutions, and promote relevant products or services to achieve sales targets while maintaining high service standards. Daily tasks include resolving issues, documenting interactions in the system, and following established procedures and scripts when necessary. You will collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve customer experience, share feedback, and participate in training sessions to continuously enhance your communication, product knowledge, and sales skills.Qualifications Strong customer interaction skills, including Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Service Representatives experience.Ability to maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction and contribute to an excellent overall Customer Experience.C1 level proficiency in English (spoken and written), with clear and professional communication.Demonstrated sales aptitude, including upselling, cross-selling, and working with sales targets or KPIs.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education is preferred; relevant customer service or sales experience is an advantage.Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced contact center environment in Cairo, Egypt.Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate CRM or contact center systems quickly and accurately.Strong problem-solving skills, resilience under pressure, and a customer-focused, ethical mindset.
