The Sales Executive will identify and qualify potential customers, present Etisalat products and services, and develop proposals aligned with customer needs. The role includes managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and product demonstrations to negotiation, closing deals, and post-sale follow-up. The Sales Executive will maintain accurate records of opportunities and activities in the CRM, prepare regular sales reports, and work closely with account management and customer support teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities also involve achieving sales targets, participating in product and sales training, and staying current on market trends and competitor offerings.QualificationsStrong sales and negotiation skills, including prospecting, pipeline management, and closing deals.Customer relationship management abilities, with experience in maintaining long-term client accounts and handling inquiries and objections.Effective communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical products in a clear, customer-focused way.Basic understanding of telecom or ICT products and services; experience with Etisalat offerings or similar telecom providers is an advantage.Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office applications, and general digital literacy to manage sales activities and reporting.Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple opportunities and priorities.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in sales.Comfort working in an on-site office environment in Cairo and collaborating with regional teams serving the UAE market.Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are highly beneficial.
