Perform detailed variance analysis to identify, investigate, and report any shortages (deficits) or surpluses in stock levels.Expert Knowledge of Stock Management: Maintain comprehensive mastery of daily and monthly inventory procedures, with a specialized focus on alcoholic beverages and cocktails. This includes understanding recipes, portion control and pour-cost management.Beverage & "Bouchon" Record Auditing: Monitor and audit the "Bouchon" (Empty Bottle) logs. Verify that the physical count of empty/full bottles matches the records across the bar restaurant, and storage areas to prevent unauthorized consumption or leakage.Reporting & Strategic Recommendations: Generate and present daily audit reports toSenior Management. Proactively identify operational weaknesses and provide strategic recommendations to mitigate theft/pilferage, implement revenue-boosting initiatives. Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or tourism and hotels.4-8 years of experience in the field of fine dining restaurants and Nightlife as a Night Audit Supervisor (Income) is a Must.Previous experience with systems such as COMSYS or a related system is a Must.Strong decision-making under pressure.High level of integrity and discretion.
