Job Summary:The Indirect Procurement & Delivery Manager oversees the end-to-end lifecycle of non-production goods and services. This role is responsible for strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and vendor management, while also ensuring the efficient delivery and fulfillment of all indirect requirements across the organization's departments.Key Responsibilities:1.- Strategic Procurement Category Management: Lead sourcing for indirect categories including IT, Facilities,Marketing, etc. Cost Optimization: Conduct spend analysis to identify saving opportunities and implement cost-reduction initiatives without compromising quality. Tender Management: Lead the RFQ/RFP process, from identifying potential suppliers to final selection and onboarding.2. Contract & Vendor ManagementNegotiation: Secure favorable pricing, payment terms, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs Performance Tracking: Develop and monitor Vendor KPIs to ensure consistent service and delivery performance.Risk Mitigation: Manage contract renewals and ensure all vendors comply with corporate legal and ethical standards.3- Delivery: Outbound Logistics Management: Oversee the strategic selection and performance of third-party logistics (3PL) and freight partners to ensure the reliable delivery of the final product to end customers. Fleet & Distribution Readiness: Manage the procurement and maintenance of the transport fleet and distribution center equipment to guarantee maximum uptime for final product movement. Service Level Monitoring: Track "On-Time, In-Full" (OTIF) metrics for outbound shipments, ensuring that indirect service providers (carriers/couriers) uphold the company's commitment to the final customer.4. Stakeholder & Operational Support Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as the primary liaison between the "Operation Team" (Production, Planning, Procurement) and external service providers. Process Automation: Utilize ERP systems to streamline the "Purchase-to-Pay" process and improve tracking transparency. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.+10 years of experience in procurement, with at least 3 years in a managerial role handling both indirect spend and delivery logistics.Advanced negotiation and contract management skills.Proficiency in ERP software (such as Odoo).Strong analytical skills and mastery of Excel for spend analysis.Excellent communication skills in both writing and speaking and Clear, frequent, and professional with both customers and internal teamsGood Excel skills for
