Source and evaluate local and international suppliers based on cost, quality, reliability, service, availability, production capacity, and reputation.Issue purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of required quantities.Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial agreements with suppliers.Prepare price comparisons and ensure compliance with agreed contract terms.Maintain strong supplier relationships and monitor supplier performance.Assess international freight costs to ensure purchase feasibility.Track purchase orders, delivery schedules, and costs in SAP.Review shortage reports and coordinate corrective actions.Follow up with the logistics team to ensure smooth shipment and delivery.Inspect received goods, resolve discrepancies with suppliers, and process claims when required.Monitor market prices and competitors' benchmarks, recommending appropriate pricing for retail, fleet, corporate, public sector, and wholesale channels.Verify supplier invoices against purchase orders and delivery documents.Ensure receipt and accuracy of purchase order banking documents.Ensure sea freight shipments are adequately insured and provide customs clearance with all required shipping documentation.Review and process supplier payments in accordance with company purchasing policies and procedures.Perform other duties as assigned to support business needs. Bachelor degree in Engineering is a must, preferably Automotive or Mechanical or Mechatronics.3 - 7 years of experience.Solid Communication Skills.Fluent in English.
