The role focuses on campaign execution, content coordination, performance tracking, and operational excellence.Support the planning and execution of influencer marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.Coordinate with influencers, agencies, and internal teams to ensure timely campaign delivery.Manage campaign timelines, content submissions, approvals, and deliverables.Manage end-to-end influencer communications, including content ideation, shoot coordination, and final approvals, as well as handling product shipments, PR boxes, and delivery tracking when required.Review influencer content to ensure alignment with campaign briefs and brand guidelines.Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.Proactively identify and escalate campaign risks, delays, or execution challenges.What You'll NeedBachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or digital campaign execution.Good understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing trends.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and campaign reporting tools.Strong attention to detail and project coordination skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance metrics.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.Who will excelWe’re looking for people with high standards who understand that hard work matters.You need to be relentlessly resourceful and operate with a deep bias for action.We need people with the courage to be fiercely original.noon is not for everyone; readiness to adapt, pivot, and learn is essential.
