We want to redefine what technology can do in this region, and we’re looking for a Technical Support Specialist who can help us move even faster.noon’s mission: Every door, every day.Responsibilities:Act as the primary technical point of contact for partners and developers integrating their systems with our e-commerce integration platform.Troubleshoot, investigate, and debug complex integration issues involving RESTful APIs, webhooks, and third-party plugins.Provide clear, timely, and empathetic technical support to partner stakeholders via ticketing systems, email, or chat.Triage and escalate critical bugs or platform issues to internal engineering and product teams with detailed reproduction steps.Help maintain and improve external-facing integration documentation, developer guides, and FAQs.What you'll need:4+ years of proven experience in a technical support, integration engineering, or partner-facing technical role.Full fluency in both Arabic and English (excellent written and verbal communication in both languages).Proven experience in a technical support, integration engineering, or partner-facing technical role.Strong foundational knowledge of web technologies (REST APIs, JSON, XML, HTTP requests, webhooks).Experience with e-commerce integration platforms, payment gateways, or SaaS integrations is highly preferred.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to read technical logs and identify root causes.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to effectively translate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.Who will excel?You will excel in this role if you are a proactive problem-solver with a customer-first mindset.A great fit for our team is someone who is initiative, patient, and driven to dive deep into code or logs to find the "why" behind an issue.You should be highly collaborative, as you will constantly bridge the gap between our external partners and our internal engineering teams.Our work setup is fast-paced and requires a high degree of self-management, so someone who communicates clearly, manages expectations well, and thrives in a dynamic technical environment will be incredibly successful here.
