Information Systems Specialist – ERP & Platforms

About the Role Naqla is looking for a Senior Information Systems Specialist to lead the development,enhancement, and integration of our core enterprise platforms. This role is central toensuring our systems scale with the business and remain tightly aligned with operationaland strategic needs.The ideal candidate will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technicalimplementation teams, gathering requirements, managing change requests, and ensuringsuccessful deployment of enhancements and integrations across our ecosystem.Key Responsibilities • Support the enhancement and day-to-day optimization of systems across differentdepartments• Assist in gathering business requirements and translating them into clear technical andfunctional requirements• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors during the implementation and integration ofthird-party systems with Naqla’s ERP ecosystem• Monitor system performance and report issues, bugs, or enhancement opportunities to theIS Lead and relevant stakeholders• Help ensure system updates, configurations, and changes are properly documented andtested before deployment• Provide first-level support and guidance to internal users regarding system features,workflows, and issues• Follow up on support tickets, user requests, and implementation tasks to ensure timelyresolution• Participate in user training sessions and assist in preparing training materials and userguidesRequirementsMust-Have: • 0 to 2 years of experience in Information Systems, ERP administration, or businesssystems management• Hands-on experience managing or implementing Oracle ERP• Proven ability to gather, document, and manage business requirements• Strong knowledge of system integration, APIs, and third-party software deployment• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to manage stakeholders acrossdepartmentsNice-to-Have:• Familiarity with logistics or transportation industry systems• Experience in data synchronization between multiple platforms• Knowledge of workflow automation and low-code platform
