Information Technology Executive

We’re Hiring: IT Support Specialist – Cairo AirportPlaza Premium Group is looking for an IT Support Specialist to support our operations in Cairo Airport and ensure the smooth performance of all systems powering our digital platform and airport services.This role is critical in maintaining system uptime, supporting integrations, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations across multiple services.Key responsibilities:• Provide Level 1 & 2 IT support across devices, systems, and network infrastructure• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime• Support digital platforms, booking systems, and integrations• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for system maintenance and improvements• Ensure reliability of systems supporting transactions, connectivity, and operationsRequirements:• Experience in IT support, infrastructure, or systems operations• Strong knowledge of networking, Windows systems, and troubleshooting• Familiarity with digital platforms, POS systems, or integrations is a plus• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environmentLocation: Cairo, EgyptIf you’re hands-on, solution-oriented, and enjoy solving real-time technical challenges, we’d love to hear from you.
