Job SummaryThe IT Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing end-to-end IT projects and application releases across multiple systems and stakeholders. This role ensures successful delivery of digital and telecom solutions within scope, timeline, quality, and budget requirements. The IT Project Manager collaborates with business, development, operations, and vendor teams to manage project execution, release activities, integrations, risks, and change processes while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and governance standards.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end IT projects and application release activities.Coordinate business, development, operations, infrastructure, and vendor teams.Monitor project scope, timeline, budget, risks, and deliverables.Manage multi-system integrations and deployment activities.Ensure compliance with project governance, change management, and release processes.Track project progress and provide status reporting to stakeholders and management.Support Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies as required.Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.Ensure successful execution of testing, deployment, and production readiness activities.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Engineering, or related field.Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT project management, preferably in digital/telecom environments.Proven experience managing end-to-end application releases and multi-system integrations.Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).Familiarity with release management, CI/CD pipelines, and change control processes.Solid understanding of system architecture, databases, APIs, and digital applications.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.Ability to manage multiple parallel releases and work under high-pressure conditions.Preferred Certifications:PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent.Agile/Scrum (CSM, PMI-ACP).ITIL (foundation or higher).
