We're Hiring: IT Service DeskWe're looking for experienced IT Service Desk professionals to join our team!Requirements:• 2–5 years of experience in an IT Service Desk or IT Support environment• English level: B1 or above• Bachelor's degree.• Windows Operating Systems and desktop support• Active Directory (AD)• Azure Entra ID• Microsoft 365• Intune• Tanium• Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and incident management• Experience in enterprise IT environments• ITIL knowledge and relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, or CCNA) are a plusKey Responsibilities:• Provide first-line technical support via phone and email• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and user access issues• Manage and resolve incidents through the ticketing system• Escalate complex issues when needed• Support Active Directory user accounts, security groups, and access management• Document resolutions and maintain accurate ticket records• Ensure SLA compliance and deliver excellent end-user supportLocation: Katameya, Cairo
