Job Description We are currently seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join our team.The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective maintenance, reliability, and continuous improvement of the company's facilities and infrastructure while also supporting the planning and execution of engineering and capital projects. This role requires a strong technical background in infrastructure and maintenance management, combined with hands-on experience in project execution and contractor coordination.Key Responsibilities:• Manage and oversee facility and infrastructure maintenance activities, including civil works, utilities, renovations, and general building maintenance.• Monitor the condition of company facilities and recommend improvement, upgrade, and optimization initiatives.• Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of engineering and capital projects from initiation through commissioning.• Review engineering drawings, technical specifications, and project requirements to ensure compliance with operational and quality standards.• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects and maintenance activities are delivered safely, efficiently, and within approved timelines.• Supervise maintenance teams and contractors while ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and company standards.• Support budget planning, cost control, and reporting for both infrastructure and project-related activities.• Maintain accurate maintenance records, project documentation, and progress reports.Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or a related discipline).• Proven experience in infrastructure, facility management, maintenance engineering, or related fields.• Demonstrated experience in managing or supporting engineering and capital projects.• Strong knowledge of maintenance planning, contractor management, and project execution methodologies.• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.Candidates with a balanced background in infrastructure management and project execution will be highly preferred.
