This role focuses on proactive outreach to targeted prospective clients, qualifying inbound marketing leads, and booking high quality meetings for our leadership team, and potentially becoming the single point of contact for prospective client engagement.The ideal candidate has a strong background in inside sales, thrives in a high-volume outreach environment, and is comfortable engaging with senior-level prospects via phone, email, and digital channels.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct high volume outbound outreach (calls, emails, social touches) to targeted prospectsQualify inbound leads generated by marketing and convert them into sales opportunitiesSecure meetings between qualified prospects and the leadership/sales teamMaintain accurate, detailed activity records in CRM systemsFollow established outreach cadences while contributing ideas to improve messaging and conversion successNurture prospects through early stages of the sales funnelMeet or exceed weekly and monthly activity KPIsCoordinate closely with leadership to refine target lists, messaging, and qualification criteriaRequired QualificationsExperience supporting U.S. or North American clients2–4+ years of inside sales or SDR/BDR experience, preferably in software or SaaSProven track record of booking meetings and managing high-volume phone and email outreachExcellent command of English, both spoken and written; able to clearly explain concepts to native English speakersStrong understanding of SaaS, cloud technologies, or software sales environmentsComfortable working Mountain or Pacific time zones, on a Monday-Friday schedule.Ability to work fully remote with reliable internet access and a professional home office setupStrong organizational skills and familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)Expert in outbound/outreach strategies with an excellent command of Sales Automation tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Email Sequencing tools, etc)Preferred QualificationsFamiliarity with outbound sales tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)Ability to craft effective prospecting emails and handle objection managementWhat We OfferRemote, flexible work environmentOpportunity to work closely with senior leadershipCompetitive compensation with performance-based incentivesA high-impact role with clear KPIs, autonomy, and room to grow[Disclaimer: This is a contractor role fulfilled through a 3rd-party agency]
