Installation Supervisor / Site Finishing Supervisor – Kitchens & Woodworks

We are hiring an Installation / Site Finishing Supervisor for Oak Homestyle, a premium kitchens and custom woodworks company.The role is mainly responsible for supervising and handling kitchen, dressing room, TV unit, and wooden unit installations on site, making sure the final handover is clean, accurate, and up to company quality standards.Responsibilities:Supervise installation teams on site.Handle fixing, adjustments, and finishing details during installation.Check site readiness before installation, including walls, levels, electricity, plumbing, and access.Read basic drawings, dimensions, and installation notes.Coordinate with the factory before and during installation.Make sure all required items, accessories, hinges, runners, handles, LED profiles, skirting, and parts are available before going to site.Inspect alignment, gaps, doors, drawers, accessories, silicone, skirting, and final finish.Prepare snag lists and follow up until all issues are closed.Deal professionally with clients during installation.Report daily progress, problems, missing items, and required fixes.Take final photos/videos after handover when needed.Support factory work when there are no active installations.This is a hands-on role. We need someone who understands real installation work, not just office supervision. 3+ years of experience in kitchens, woodworks, furniture, dressing rooms, or interior finishing.Strong experience in installation and site work.Able to read basic drawings and dimensions.Good understanding of woodwork details, accessories, hinges, runners, handles, LED profiles, and skirting.Can manage workers on site and solve problems calmly.Good eye for finishing quality and small details.Presentable and able to deal with clients professionally.Organized and able to report progress clearly.Must be punctual, responsible, and able to work under pressure.Experience with premium kitchens or custom furniture is a strong plus.Ability to use basic hand tools is preferred.
