Your expertise will directly impact project planning and execution, ensuring our clients receive reliable and precise quotes.Key responsibilities include:Prepare detailed take-offs from construction plans for various project scopesEstimate material quantities, including trims, frames, windows, doors, and moldings required for each jobReview and interpret construction plans to ensure accuracy in measurements and calculationsProvide precise project estimates and quotes for clientsWork independently to deliver estimating deliverables such as material takeoffs, labor hours, and pricing proposalsRequirementsRequired Qualifications:Proven professional experience producing construction takeoffs and estimates from construction plansExperience interpreting construction drawings or blueprints to quantify materials for framing, windows, doors, trim, millwork, and moldingExperience measuring and estimating windows and doors from plansExperience producing estimating deliverables including material takeoffs, labor hours, pricing, and full bid proposalsAbility to work independently on estimating tasks with minimal guidanceEnglish proficiency at CEFR C1 level for written estimates and professional communicationExperience supporting U.S.-based construction projectsFamiliarity with digital estimating tools or softwareStrong attention to detail in reviewing construction documents & plansAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyHours Starting at approximately 20 hours per weekBenefitsOpportunity to work on diverse and exciting projectsSupportive and collaborative work environmentWeekly paymentsWeekends offGrowth Opportunities
