Job Title: Instructional Design SpecialistEmployment Type: Full-TimeAbout the Role:We are looking for a skilled Instructional Design Specialist to join our training institute and lead the design and development of engaging, effective learning experiences. You will work closely with subject matter experts, trainers, and leadership to build curriculum that drives real learner outcomes — across in-person, blended, and e-learning formats.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop instructional materials including course curricula, facilitator guides, learner workbooks, assessments, and e-learning modulesConduct training needs analyses (TNA) to identify skill gaps and learning objectivesApply instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom's Taxonomy) to structure and sequence learning contentCollaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate complex content into clear, learner-friendly materialsBuild and manage e-learning content using authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Rise, or Adobe CaptivateDevelop assessments and evaluation frameworks aligned to learning objectives (Kirkpatrick Model)Maintain and update existing course content to ensure accuracy and relevanceSupport the LMS (Learning Management System) with content uploads, tracking, and reportingContinuously evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvementsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Educational Technology, or a related field3–5 years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or L&DHands-on experience with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Rise, Captivate, or similar)Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologiesExperience working with LMS platforms (Moodle, Cornerstone, TalentLMS, etc.)Excellent written communication skills with an ability to simplify complex informationStrong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyPortfolio of previous instructional design work requiredNice to HaveCertification in instructional design (ATD, CPTD, or equivalent)Experience in a training institute, academic, or corporate L&D environmentFamiliarity with multimedia production (video, animation, audio editing)Arabic language proficiency (for GCC-based institutes)What We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits packageOpportunity to shape learning programs that impact thousands of learnersCollaborative, professional development-focused environmentAccess to the latest tools and technologies in learning design
