Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Agent located in Cairo, Egypt, with partial work-from-home flexibility. The Insurance Agent will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential clients, promoting and selling a variety of insurance products, and maintaining client relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction. Tasks include conducting needs assessments, preparing tailored insurance plans, providing guidance on financial planning, and assisting clients with policy management. Collaboration with internal teams will be essential to effectively serve customers and meet business objectives. Qualifications Experience in Insurance Sales, Insurance, and Insurance BrokerageFamiliarity with Finance and financial products relevant to the insurance industryStrong Customer Service skills, including relationship building and effective communicationExcellent interpersonal and negotiation skillsAbility to work in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office and remote responsibilitiesProficient in English and ArabicBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related fieldPrevious experience in the insurance or financial services sector is an advantage
