Role OverviewWe are looking for a Wellness Program Specialist to design and deliver impactful health and wellness initiatives for our corporate clients. This role focuses on enhancing employee wellbeing, engagement, and preventive healthcare through structured programs and client collaboration.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and support the implementation of health and wellness programs and processesManage client onboarding and implementation plans, ensuring timely and effective deliveryCoordinate onsite wellness campaigns and health-related activities with medical providersAct as a key point of contact between internal teams, laboratories, hospitals, and client stakeholdersLead client meetings and deliver presentations on program design, progress, and outcomesMonitor participation rates and engagement levels, providing insights and follow-up recommendationsPrepare regular reports and track program effectiveness and impactSupport awareness initiatives including general checkups, chronic disease prevention, mental health, vaccination campaigns, and educational sessionsQualifications & Skills1-3 experience in healthcare, insurance, pharmaceuticals, or medical service providersStrong project management and coordination capabilitiesExperience in account management and client relationship handlingExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to work independently while managing multiple prioritiesStrong interest in health promotion, wellbeing, and preventive care
