Team members join an organization committed to long-term customer relationships and continuous improvement in financial protection and planning.Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Insurance Sales Agent role based in Cairo, Egypt, with flexibility for partial work from home. The Insurance Sales Agent will identify prospective clients, present suitable insurance products, and support customers in choosing life, accident, health, and savings plans that align with their financial goals. Day-to-day work includes prospecting and lead generation, conducting client meetings, preparing proposals, and following up on inquiries to close sales. The role involves maintaining accurate records, handling policy renewals, and providing ongoing customer service and support. The agent will collaborate with internal teams and, where applicable, brokerage partners to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements while meeting individual and team sales targets.Qualifications Strong Insurance Sales and Sales skills, with the ability to meet and exceed targets in a competitive market.Knowledge of Insurance products, including life, accident, and health coverage, and understanding of basic financial planning concepts.Experience in Insurance Brokerage or distribution channels, with the ability to build and manage a portfolio of clients.High-quality Customer Service skills, including active listening, empathy, and clear communication with diverse clients.Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, managing time and priorities both in-office and remotely.Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in written and spoken English and Arabic.Basic proficiency in office and CRM software for managing leads, policies, and client interactions.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; prior insurance or financial services experience is an advantage.
