Role DescriptionThis is a part-time, on-site role for an Insurance Sales Specialist, based in Damietta. Key responsibilities include promoting, selling, and managing insurance policies, identifying potential clients, advising customers on suitable insurance plans, and building strong relationships to provide exceptional service. The Insurance Sales Specialist will work closely with internal teams to ensure the delivery of tailored insurance solutions to meet customer needs. QualificationsProven expertise in Insurance Sales and general Insurance practices, with an ability to explain complex policies to clients.Experience in Customer Service, including excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.Working knowledge of Insurance Brokerage and Health Insurance, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and offering informed advice.Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with an ability to meet sales targets and deadlines.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).Familiarity with the local insurance market in Damietta is a plus.
