This role is responsible for campaign optimization, data analysis, client collaboration, team mentorship, and supporting broader social media and SEO initiatives to drive measurable business results.Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Media Campaign ExecutionOwn paid media campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google AdsLead account setup, audience targeting, conversion tracking, pixel implementation, and account hierarchy managementMonitor and optimize campaigns to drive conversions and achieve KPIsData-Driven Strategy & RecommendationsTranslate campaign data into actionable insights and strategic recommendationsAnalyze trends to explain campaign performance and recommend next steps based on data findingsReporting & DashboardsDevelop and maintain client-facing reporting dashboards using tools such as GA4, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Looker StudioRegularly evaluate campaign performance and adjust strategies based on insightsSEO & AEO IntegrationApply SEO and AEO awareness to integrated campaignsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align paid and organic marketing effortsTeam Mentorship & Client CollaborationMentor a junior team member by providing guidance, quality control, and support on campaign executionCollaborate directly with clients to align on goals, refine strategies, and ensure deliverables are completed successfullyParticipate in brainstorming sessions, planning meetings, and new business pitchesSocial Media Support & ExecutionSupport the execution of social media strategies across multiple platformsCraft social media copy and content optimized for platform engagement and audience performanceQualificationsExperience3+ years of experience in digital or integrated marketing with a strong focus on paid mediaProven experience managing paid campaigns across Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google AdsExperience using analytics and reporting tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, or similar platformsSkillsFamiliarity with SEO principles and tools such as SEMrushStrong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide strategic recommendationsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple client workstreams simultaneouslyStrong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilitiesCopywriting skills for social media and paid channels are a plus, with an understanding of audience-specific messagingWhat Success Looks LikeSuccessful execution and optimization of paid media campaigns that achieve business goalsConsistent delivery of actionable insights that improve campaign performanceStrong social media strategies and content that increase engagement and trafficTimely delivery of client-facing reports with clear data-driven recommendationsOpportunityThis role offers the opportunity to take ownership of integrated marketing initiatives within a collaborative agency environment while working directly with clients to drive measurable growth.
