If you want to grow your career whilst finding the perfect balance between work and life, Vodafone offers the opportunities to help you belong and make a real impact.Role Purpose The Integrated Solutions Sales Sr. Manager is responsible for driving the strategic growth of Vodafone’s integrated solutions business by leading high-value opportunities, shaping complex customer propositions, and ensuring achievement of revenue, margin, and pipeline targets.This role combines deep technical-commercial knowledge with strong sales leadership to engage senior customer stakeholders, guide cross-functional teams, mentor sales team, and position end-to-end integrated solutions that address business transformation needs across enterprise, government and SME segments.Key AccountabilitiesDefine and drive the integrated solutions sales strategy across target enterprise, government and SME accounts.Lead qualification, shaping, and closure of large and complex opportunities with clear focus on revenue, profitability, and strategic value.Build strong relationships with customer executives and key decision-makers to position Vodafone as a trusted transformation partner.Direct the full sales cycle from opportunity identification, solution shaping, and commercial structuring through negotiation and deal closure.Own strategic pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and achievement of annual sales targets.Engage with cross-functional teams including account management, solution architecture, pricing, delivery, and partners to develop winning customer propositions.Govern bid strategy, customer value proposition, commercial risk, and executive approvals for critical deals.Ensure strong understanding of customer business drivers, procurement cycles, compliance requirements, and contractual obligations.Oversee solution presentations, executive workshops, and commercial negotiations with customers and strategic partnersDrive governance and quality across opportunity management, proposal development, and handover to delivery teamsTechnical / Professional ExpertiseBachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.Strong knowledge of enterprise technology solutions, solution-selling methodologies, commercial frameworks, and bid governance.Good understanding of key vendors, partner ecosystems, and integrated solution design across infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, and digital transformation.Professional certifications in sales, cloud, cybersecurity, or related technology domains are considered an advantageYears of Experience : 13- 18 years Who we areWe are a leading international Telco, serving millions of customers.
