Job Summary The Integration Lead (Cutover & Hypercare) will be responsible for managing end-to-end system integration activities and leading cutover, go-live, and hypercare planning for the SAP template roll-out in Egypt. This role requires a hands-on leader who can coordinate across functional, technical, data, and business teams to ensure seamless integration readiness and a smooth transition into deployment, go-live, and post-implementation stabilization. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing cross-functional dependencies, coordinating deployment activities, mitigating risks, and ensuring business continuity throughout the implementation lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate end-to-end integration activities across SAP and connected enterprise systems. Manage integration planning, dependency tracking, issue resolution, and readiness across all project workstreams. Collaborate closely with functional, technical, data, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure complete integration alignment. Define, develop, and manage the end-to-end cutover strategy, including detailed plans, sequencing, roles, responsibilities, and timelines. Coordinate cutover rehearsals, mock cutovers, readiness assessments, and deployment planning activities. Lead on-site go-live execution and ensure all cutover activities are completed according to the approved plan. Plan and manage hypercare activities, including issue tracking, prioritization, escalation, and resolution management. Ensure effective coordination between local business teams, global program teams, implementation partners, and third-party vendors during deployment and stabilization. Track integration, cutover, and hypercare risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation actions. Prepare and present regular project status reports covering readiness, deployment progress, critical risks, and stabilization activities. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. SAP S/4HANA, SAP Activate, PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certifications are a plus. 7+ years of experience in SAP implementation, integration management, or ERP deployment projects. Minimum 2 years of experience leading SAP Integration, Cutover, or Hypercare workstreams. Proven experience in at least one full SAP implementation or global SAP template roll-out project. Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation and deployment is highly preferred. Must-Have Requirements Proven hands-on experience leading SAP integration, cutover, and hypercare activities in SAP implementation or template roll-out programs. Strong knowledge of SAP implementation methodologies, deployment planning, and integration management. Experience managing end-to-end cutover planning, execution, mock cutovers, and go-live activities. Strong understanding of system integration across SAP modules and third-party applications. Experience coordinating business, functional, technical, infrastructure, and data teams. Knowledge of change freeze management, deployment controls, business continuity planning, and risk management. Experience supporting post-go-live stabilization and hypercare governance. Strong stakeholder management, leadership, planning, and coordination skills. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced project environment. Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Good-to-Have Requirements Experience in FMCG industry environments. Experience in global SAP template roll-out or enterprise transformation programs. Familiarity with integration points across Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, Sales, and Logistics. Experience working with third-party vendors, system integrators, and implementation partners. Exposure to hypercare governance, issue triage, service transition, and stabilization reporting. Experience with SAP Solution Manager, SAP Cloud ALM, or similar deployment and project management tools. SAP Activate, PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certifications.
