Integration Lead

We're Hiring: IT Integration LeadWe are looking for an experienced IT Integration Lead to join our team and play a key role in designing, managing, and optimizing enterprise application integrations. This opportunity is ideal for professionals who are passionate about building scalable integration solutions and enabling seamless communication across complex technology environments.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end integration projects across enterprise applications and systems.Design, implement, and support integration solutions using middleware, APIs, and ETL technologies.Develop and manage APIs to enable secure and efficient system communication.Analyze integration requirements and ensure data consistency through effective data mapping and transformation.Provide second-level technical support, troubleshoot integration issues, and implement long-term solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and technology partners to deliver high-quality integration solutions.Support change management activities, including testing, deployment planning, and production releases.Maintain technical documentation and recommend best practices to improve integration architecture and processes.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.2–5+ years of experience with integration technologies, middleware, API management, and ETL tools.Strong knowledge of REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, and enterprise integration concepts.Experience with API design, system integration, data mapping, and transformation.Understanding of enterprise architecture principles and scalable integration solutions.Knowledge of Windows/Linux environments, SQL or Oracle databases, and networking fundamentals.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and project management skills.Professional certifications such as Boomi Integration Developer, Microsoft, Oracle, or PMP are considered an advantage.If you're looking to take the next step in your career and contribute to enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives, we'd love to hear from you.
