The Interior Architect will be responsible for designing and planning interior spaces, ensuring optimal space utilization, and executing interior fit-outs. The role will involve collaborating with clients to understand their requirements, preparing detailed drawings, creating design concepts, and coordinating with various stakeholders for project execution. The candidate will also ensure compliance with project timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints.ResponsibilitiesWork closely with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative and functional landscape designs that meet their requirements.Prepare detailed design drawings, plans, and specifications.Provide technical support and guidance.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that they are delivered on-time and within budget.Collaborate with internal teams, external consultants, and clients to ensure project success.Handling the clients introductions at the beginning of a job, answering questions, responding to client requests, making reasonable changes to the plan, and providing a walk-through at the job’s completion.Coordinate with other related engineering disciplines Structural Engineering, MEP & Infrastructure to ensure project requirements are met.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Architecture, or related fieldStrong design skills and mastery of design softwareProficient in AutoCAD, 3Dmax and other design softwareProficiency in Technical Office Engineer.Proficiency in Architecture, Interior Architecture.Space Planning and Interior Design skillsExperience in Interior Fit-out projectsStrong creative design and visualization skillsKnowledge of building codes and regulationsGood communication and teamwork abilitiesExperience working in the Field is preferredIf you are interested, kindly send your CV and apply only via:- engineeressamaly@gmail.com
