Role DescriptionAKOYA Construction LLC is seeking a full-time Interior Design Engineer for an on-site role based in New Cairo. The Interior Design Engineer will work on designing and executing interior spaces for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Responsibilities will include project planning, creating and presenting design concepts, coordinating with clients and other stakeholders, selecting materials and finishes, and overseeing the installation and execution of design elements to ensure functionality and aesthetic alignment with client requirements. QualificationsInterior Design and Space Planning skillsProficiency with design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, and other relevant toolsAbility to select and plan materials, finishes, and furnishingsStrong project management skills, including budget management and timeline adherenceCollaborative mindset with excellent client communication and presentation abilitiesAttention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience in the construction and fit-out industries is an advantageBachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related fieldUnderstanding of local building codes and regulationsFluency in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
