Key Responsibilities:Develop creative interior design concepts for residential and commercial projects in line with client requirements and company standards.Prepare mood boards, concept designs, and space planning layouts.Produce 2D drawings (plans, elevations, sections) and 3D models & renderings as required.Select and specify materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and color schemes.Coordinate with technical office, architectural, MEP, and site teams to ensure design feasibility and proper execution.Amend and develop designs based on management and client feedback.Prepare professional project presentations and design reports.Support exterior design works when required to ensure overall project harmony.Ensure designs comply with project specifications, codes, and timelines.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture.3-5 years of experience as interior designerProficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Max / SketchUp, Revit (preferred), Photoshop.Good understanding of technical drawings and construction details.Strong communication and presentation skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Team player with attention to detail and creative thinking.
