Interior Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our dynamic team in the construction industry. This role will contribute to projects ranging from residential buildings to commercial spaces, ensuring that designs meet both client expectations and industry standards.RESPONSIBILITIESCollaborate with clients to determine their needs and preferences for interior spaces.Develop cohesive design concepts that enhance functionality and aesthetics.Create detailed design plans, including layout, color schemes, materials, and furnishings.Produce 2D and 3D visualizations using design software to present concepts to clients.Source and specify furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FFE) as per design requirements.Conduct site visits to ensure implementation of designs and address installation concerns.Coordinate with construction teams to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technologies to inform design choices.Manage project timelines and budgets effectively, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within scope.REQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in interior design, preferably in the construction sector.Proficiency in design software tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and universal accessibility standards.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.Creative problem-solving skills with a strong aesthetic sense.Portfolio of completed design projects showcasing a range of styles and solutions.
