Our expertise spans design, project management, construction supervision, and more, supported by a culture of excellence and innovation.Job PurposeCoordinate and manage design activities across assigned projects, ensuring effective collaboration between multidisciplinary design teams, adherence to project schedules, compliance with client requirements, and timely delivery of high-quality design deliverables.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate design activities among architectural, structural, MEP, infrastructure, and specialized disciplines for assigned projects.Monitor design progress and ensure timely completion of design deliverables in accordance with project schedules.Facilitate communication and collaboration between internal design teams, project managers, clients, and external stakeholders.Organize and lead design coordination meetings, documenting actions and following up on outstanding issues.Review design submissions to ensure consistency, completeness, and compliance with project requirements.Identify and resolve design conflicts, interface issues, and coordination clashes between disciplines.Ensure adherence to company standards, design procedures, applicable codes, and regulatory requirements.Coordinate the preparation, review, and issuance of drawings, specifications, reports, and other project deliverables.Track design changes and ensure proper implementation across all related disciplines.Support project managers in managing project schedules, resource requirements, and client expectations related to design activities.Coordinate responses to client comments, review feedback, and approval requirements.Assist in risk identification and proactively address design-related challenges that may impact project delivery.Maintain design logs, coordination records, and project documentation to ensure proper project controls.Support quality assurance and quality control reviews throughout the design process.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by enhancing design coordination processes and workflows.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.10+ years of experience in design coordination, design management, or multidisciplinary engineering projects.Experience within engineering consulting firms and familiarity with the full design lifecycle.Strong understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP design coordination processes.Proficiency in design and coordination tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and BIM platforms.Strong project coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time management abilities.Familiarity with local and international design codes and standards.PMP, BIM-related certifications, or equivalent professional qualifications are considered an advantage.
