JOB PURPOSEThe Talent Acquisition Intern will support the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, assisting the team in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top-tier talent. This role is designed to provide a comprehensive introduction to corporate recruitment, offering hands-on experience with sourcing strategies, candidate relationship management, within a fast-paced environment.Qualifications and Education:Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.Strong communication skills and attention to detailExperience:0-1 years of experience in HR preferably Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment role. Familiar with Microsoft Excel FunctionsActive participation in student organizations, career fairs, or community projects is highly valued.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Use LinkedIn to identify potential candidates for open vacancies. Conducting initial phone screenings to evaluate applicant's qualifications for open vacancy Manage the end-to-end scheduling of HR, technical, and final interviews, and act as the primary point of contact ensuring they receive timely updates and professional experience.
