Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Internal Communication & Employee Engagement Specialist based in Qesm El Maadi. The role involves developing and executing internal communication strategies to enhance employee engagement and foster a collaborative company culture. Key responsibilities include drafting internal announcements, managing employee surveys, organizing engagement activities, and ensuring consistent communication of company goals, values, and updates. This position collaborates closely with leadership teams and employees across the organization to build effective communication channels. Qualifications Strong skills in Communication, Strategic Communications, and WritingExperience in creating and managing Press ReleasesProficiency in Project Management to execute and oversee internal engagement initiativesStrong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and foster an inclusive workplaceExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailRelevant experience in corporate communication, HR, or a related fieldBachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred
