Assist in planning and executing employee engagement campaigns and internal events. Support the design and execution of internal marketing and communication campaigns for strategic initiatives, including email communications, branding assets, storytelling, and awareness activities. Create engaging content and presentations that strengthen Raya's culture, values, and employee experience. Coordinate with different functions to gather content, employee stories, and success stories across the organization. Maintain and optimize internal communication channels to ensure content is timely, relevant, and engaging. Track engagement metrics and support the collection of employee feedback and insights.SkillsWhat will you need?Fresh graduate with a bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or any related discipline.Strong interest in Internal Communications, Employee Engagement, and Corporate Culture.Excellent command of English (spoken and written).Strong writing, storytelling, and presentation skills.Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications; experience with Canva or design tools is a plus.Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.What is unique about Raya?Are you an eager learner?
