The Virtual Assistant will support daily operations by managing emails, calendars, and appointment scheduling for the team. Responsibilities include assisting prospective students with inquiries about study options in Spain, guiding them through basic application steps, and providing information in both Spanish and English. The intern will help maintain and update databases, track student leads, and organize digital files and documents.
