Conducts financial analysis and models to assess the viability and returns of potential investments.Conduct valuation analyses using DCF, comparable company analysis, precedent transactions, and other relevant methods.Run sensitivity analyses to evaluate the impact of different scenarios and assumptions.Support the assessment of potential investment opportunities through data collection, market research, and benchmarking.Analyze industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitive positioning relevant to target sectors and companies.Assist in identifying key value drivers, risks, and opportunities.Contribute to the development of investment memorandums, pitch decks, and internal reports for presentation to senior management and the Investment Committee.Ensure accuracy, clarity, and analytical rigor in all presentation materials.Maintain organized documentation and support data requests from internal stakeholders.Review and summarize third-party reports and contribute to risk identification and mitigation strategies.Contribute to reporting on key operational and financial KPIs, market developments, and strategic initiatives.Liaise with internal teams (e.g., finance, legal) and external advisors (e.g., consultants, investment banks) as required during the deal process.Attend meetings and help capture key action points and insights to inform ongoing analyses.Stay up to date on financial modeling standards, investment trends, and sector-specific developments relevant to VALMORE’s areas of interest.Actively seek feedback and development opportunities to improve analytical, technical, and presentation skills.SkillsQualifications:University degree in a business-related discipline/ Economics or FinanceFresh Grad to 2 years as investment banking/private equity/equity research analyst or senior analystGood Competence with Financial modelling skillsProficient presentation skillsThorough understanding of financial analysisMarket Orientation an appetite towards key metrics and dynamicsFluent Arabic and English (Oral/ written)Excellent communication and solid writing skillsMinimum overall GPA 3.0Proficient in English Language (writing & speaking)
