In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and monitoring investment opportunities across targeted sectors. You will conduct rigorous financial and economic feasibility studies, build financial models, assess risk, and provide data-driven recommendations to support sound investment decision-making. Your work will directly contribute to growing the organization's investment portfolio while optimizing returns and mitigating risk.Key ResponsibilitiesProactively research and identify new investment opportunities across targeted economic sectors.Analyze market trends, economic conditions, and sector developments to guide strategic investment decisions.Conduct comprehensive economic, financial, and technical feasibility studies for prospective investments.Assess investment risks and develop risk mitigation strategies and frameworks.Develop and maintain detailed financial models, projections, and scenario analyses.Evaluate Return on Investment (ROI) and key financial performance indicators.Prepare professional investment reports, memos, and presentations for senior leadership review.Monitor the ongoing performance of existing investments and deliver periodic evaluation reports.Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders including investors, advisors, banks, and government entities.Participate in negotiations for investment partnerships and strategic agreements.Stay current with economic developments, market shifts, and relevant regulatory changes.Ensure strict adherence to the organization's policies, guidelines, and compliance standards.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Investment, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.Master's degree or professional certifications (CFA, FMVA, CPA) are strongly preferred.Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in investment analysis, financial advisory, or a related field.Prior exposure to investment, real estate, or industrial sectors is a significant advantage.Key Skills & CompetenciesTechnical SkillsAdvanced financial analysis and financial modelling.Economic feasibility study preparation.Investment valuation and risk management.Proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools.Professional report and presentation development.Soft SkillsAnalytical thinking and sound decision-making.Strong communication and presentation skills.Negotiation and relationship-building ability.Performance under pressure and time management.Precision and strong attention to detail.LanguagesEnglish: Professional (written and spoken).Arabic: Native or advanced proficiency is required
