The role involves evaluating financial data, analyzing market trends, assessing investment opportunities, and preparing financial models to support the organization's operational and growth objectives, ensuring alignment with corporate financial strategies.Key Accountabilities Analyze financial statements, investment opportunities, and market trends to support strategic decision-makingBuild and maintain financial models to evaluate project feasibility, returns, and risksPrepare investment memos, feasibility studies, and financial reports for management and stakeholdersMonitor and analyze company financial performance against budgets, forecasts, and KPIsConduct variance analysis and identify key drivers of financial performanceSupport the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plansAssist in evaluating potential mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and new business opportunitiesPerform industry and competitor analysis to identify market trends and benchmarking dataPrepare presentations and dashboards for senior management and board meetingsSupport treasury activities including cash flow forecasting and liquidity analysis as neededEnsure compliance with financial regulations, internal policies, and accounting standardsCollaborate with accounting, project management, and operations teams to gather financial dataParticipate in due diligence processes for new projects and investmentsDevelop and maintain financial databases and reporting systemsAssist in risk assessment related to financial and investment decisionsKnowledge, Skills, and ExperienceWe Are Looking For:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field7 to 10 years of experience in financial analysis, investment analysis, or corporate financeExperience in the Real Estate industry is requiredWillingness to relocate to Saudi ArabiaIFRS knowledge is a plusStrong knowledge of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and investment analysisProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); ERP experience is a plusExcellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
