Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement investment strategies aligned with the company’s objectives and market trends. Manage the acquisition, disposition, and asset management of real estate properties. Conduct thorough financial analysis, due diligence, and risk assessments for investment opportunities. Lead negotiation efforts, contracts, and agreements related to investments and partnerships. Monitor portfolio performance and prepare detailed reports for senior management and investors. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including finance, legal, and operations to ensure successful execution of investments. Stay informed on market developments, regulatory changes, and economic indicators that affect the investment portfolio.
