Investor Relations Specialist

Key Responsibilities:Communicate and coordinate with the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) and the Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) regarding periodic regulatory requirements. Prepare and coordinate periodic documentation and reports for the Board of Directors, Audit Committee, and Investment Committee meetings. Analyze data, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely submission of all required reports. Monitor deadlines and ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate governance Assist in preparing investor presentations, earnings releases, and quarterly/annual reports. Respond to investor inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor performance. Work closely with Finance, Legal, Corporate Communications, and Executive Management.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.- Previous experience in Investor Relations is preferred, even if it was for a short period.- Fresh candidates with a strong willingness to learn.- Strong Analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.- Proficiency in working with spreadsheets (Excel) and data analysis.- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and follow up on multiple tasks.
