MULTISERV Training & Consultancy is expanding its Iraqi trainer network for an upcoming oil & gas training project in Erbil, Iraq.We are currently seeking qualified Iraqi trainers / Iraq-based subject-matter experts with proven training experience and strong technical background in the following areas:1. Senior Geology / Sequence Stratigraphy Sequence stratigraphy, siliciclastic and carbonate systems, subsurface studies, exploration and development applications.2. Project Controls, Cost Estimation and Logistics Project Management Project budgeting, estimation, cost-saving techniques, project controls, logistics project management and project planning.3. Civil Construction and Facilities Engineering Construction of buildings and facilities, civil works, site supervision, QA/QC, handover and facilities readiness.4. Pipeline Hot Tapping and Plugging Hot tapping, plugging, pipeline intervention, piping systems, mechanical maintenance, isolation, PTW and safe execution in petroleum facilities.5. Welding, Cutting, Brazing and Hot Work Safety Welding safety, cutting and brazing safety, hot work control, fire prevention, gas cylinders, PPE, fire watch and industrial safety.6. Oil Production, Processing Facilities and Crude Oil Treatment Oil production facilities, separation, dehydration, desalting, heaters, process operations and production troubleshooting.7. Accounting, Finance, Procurement and Supply Chain General accounting, financial reporting, purchasing management, procurement principles, supply chain and commercial controls.8. HR, Performance Management, Leadership and Protocol Balanced Scorecard, performance appraisal systems, middle management leadership, business protocol, etiquette and professional communication.9. Security Incident Management and Investigation Security incident management, investigation techniques, reporting, evidence collection, emergency/security coordination and lessons learned.10.
