IT Administrator

Deploy, manage, and maintain Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, Domain Controller, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies. - Administer virtualization infrastructure utilizing VMware ESXi. - Configure and manage Fortinet Fort iGATE firewalls, ensuring robust network security, VPN configurations, and policy enforcement. - Serve as the primary point of contact for Helpdesk requests, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network connectivity issues for end-users. - Monitor system performance, conduct proactive network maintenance, and execute regular backup and disaster recovery protocols.    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). Proven professional experience spanning System Administration, Network Administration, and IT Support roles. -Demonstrated proficiency with the Windows Server and Domain Controller architecture.  Operational expertise deploying and managing VMware ESXi.   Direct, hands-on experience administering Fort iGATE firewalls.   Relevant industry certifications (e.g., MCSA/MCSE, CCNA, Fortinet NSE) are preferred. - Strong analytical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting capabilities.
