Key Responsibilities:Provide IT support by managing incidents, service requests, and system changes.Monitor IT services to ensure high availability and performance.Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and deliver effective IT solutions.Support the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and technologies.Analyze business needs and recommend technical solutions.Contribute to IT projects, system enhancements, and technology rollouts.Maintain system documentation and support user training.Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and governance requirements.Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver IT services.Drive continuous improvement of IT processes and user experience.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.2–3 years of experience in IT Support, IT Service Management, or IT Project Management.Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Jira is preferred.Experience with Retail IT, POS systems, or customer-facing technologies is a plus.Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.Knowledge of IT governance, security, and compliance practices.ITIL Foundation certification is a plus.Exposure to AI foundations or Integration/API environments is an advantage
