The IT Deployment Assistant reports directly to the Deployment Manager. This role involves monitoring different stages of software deployment.ResponsibilitiesRecord and monitor requests sent to the Deployment TeamEnsure deployment requests are fulfilledCoordinate with various teams to support deployment needsAlert System Team to act on deployment request and track request to closureConduct post production testing before actual deployment to prospects and customersUpdate appropriate tracking systemsMonitor deployed environments expiration and releaseConduct health checks, core function testing and bulk testingRender general administrative support to assigned projectsQualificationsA Bachelors degree holder in any courseFlexible, willing to work on various administrative tasksExcellent time management skillsStrong organization, monitoring, and coordination skillsFocused and detail-orientedAbility to quickly adapt to new tools & technologies (E.g. JIRA)Good working knowledge of MS Word and ExcelCan work with minimum supervisionCan render overtime when neededWork Schedule: Sunday - Thursday - 8 AM - 5 PM or 9 AM - 6 PM KSA Time/Egypt TimeNote: This is for a temporary WFH set-upFixed-Term Employment Contract for 6 months
