We are looking for an experienced IT E-Commerce Lead to join our team and drive the evolution of our digital commerce ecosystem.As the IT E-Commerce Lead, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing E-Commerce platforms, leading integrations across business systems, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across digital channels.🔹 Key Responsibilities:• Lead and support E-Commerce platforms and online store operations• Manage integrations with ERP, CRM, payment gateways, and inventory systems• Collaborate with business, sales, marketing, and IT teams to deliver digital initiatives• Oversee enhancements, releases, upgrades, and issue resolution• Optimize customer journeys, checkout processes, and website performance• Support analytics, reporting, SEO, and digital growth initiatives• Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure platform stability and scalability🔹 Requirements:• 6+ years of experience in IT and E-Commerce environments• Strong knowledge of E-Commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce, Odoo, or similar• Experience with APIs, system integrations, CRM, ERP, and payment solutions• Knowledge of website management, SEO, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
