We are looking for a hands-on Senior VoIP Engineer to join a dynamic international environment and take ownership of workplace and contact center telephony operations.In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of VoIP, telephony, and ACD environments while collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders across multiple regions.🔹 Key Responsibilities:• Manage and troubleshoot ACD, CTI, IVR, and telephony environments• Design and maintain call flows and routing configurations• Support workplace infrastructure, hardware, cabling, and office relocations• Monitor network and system availability proactively• Handle incident, problem, and change management activities• Manage patching, software deployment, and compliance activities• Maintain technical documentation and support KPI reporting🔹 Requirements:✔ 5+ years of experience in enterprise contact center and VoIP environments✔ Strong hands-on experience with ACD/CTI/IVR platforms such as Avaya, Genesys, Cisco, or similar✔ Strong knowledge of VoIP, SIP, telephony infrastructure, and call routing✔ Knowledge of ITSM / ITIL processes✔ Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills✔ Fluent English and German (minimum B1 level)✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills✨ Why Join Us?• Work within a diverse international environment• Own impactful telephony and infrastructure projects• Gain leadership exposure in ITSM and operations• Be part of a collaborative and innovation-driven culture
