Role PurposeLead and manage IT infrastructure, systems, and operations across multiple markets to ensure high availability, business continuity, and efficient user support. The role is responsible for delivering reliable IT services, managing regional projects and vendors, and aligning local IT environments with corporate standards.Key ResponsibilitiesEgypt (Primary Market)Lead end-to-end IT operations including infrastructure, systems administration, and user support for local teams.Drive implementation and upgrade of IT systems (e.g., cloud platforms, SD-WAN, contact center technologies, and server infrastructure).Ensure system reliability through proactive monitoring, incident management, backups, and regular health checks.Manage IT team, vendors, and budgets while improving processes, documentation, and asset lifecycle management.Saudi Arabia (KSA)Oversee IT operations and provide technical support across internal teams, outsourced technicians, and dealer networks.Manage data center operations and infrastructure across multiple sites ensuring high availability.Monitor network connectivity and contact center systems to guarantee service uptime and performance.Collaborate with Finance and HR on IT-related governance, including vendor payments and telecom services.Kuwait, Bahrain & QatarDeliver regional IT support across internal teams, sales networks, and external partners.Maintain and manage local data center environments and IT infrastructure.Proactively monitor networks and resolve connectivity issues to minimize downtime.Manage IT assets and coordinate telecom and service provider billing with finance teams.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fieldRelevant certifications preferred (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco, ITIL, Cloud platforms)Experience5–8+ years of progressive IT experience, including infrastructure and supportProven experience managing multi-country or regional IT operationsHands-on experience with data centers, networks, cloud systems, and enterprise applicationsExperience in vendor management and cross-functional collaborationSkillsStrong technical expertise in networking, servers, cloud platforms, and IT securitySolid troubleshooting and incident management capabilitiesProject management and implementation skillsStakeholder management and cross-functional collaborationLeadership capability with experience managing teams or external partnersAbility to work under pressure and provide support beyond standard business hours when required
