Provide technical support for employees regarding hardware, software, printers, internet, and network issues. Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, and IT equipment. Troubleshoot Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office issues. Support email accounts, passwords, and user access permissions. Monitor and resolve daily IT tickets and technical requests. Coordinate with external vendors when needed. Maintain IT inventory and equipment records. Ensure all systems and devices are functioning properly. Support CCTV, fingerprint devices, and internal network when required. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. 0–1 years of experience in Help Desk or IT Support. Good knowledge of: Windows OS Microsoft Office Networking basics Printers & hardware troubleshooting Good communication and problem-solving skills. Basic English level is preferred.
